As owner, Parker is involved in every part of North Peak. He works alongside the team on job sites while also managing the planning, scheduling, estimates, and decisions that happen behind the scenes. His hands on approach and attention to detail help keep each project on track from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

Nate oversees the day to day work on each job site, coordinating crews and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring work meets our standards for quality and safety. With a focus on clear communication and attention to detail, Nate helps keep every project moving smoothly from start to finish.

As North Peak’s office manager, Laurel keeps the company’s accounts and day to day operations organized behind the scenes. She manages invoicing, tracks accounts and maintains the systems that help the team stay on top of each project. Laurel is also the friendly face behind many of the emails clients receive from North Peak!
